Welcome to Calmer Days

My mission is to support anyone navigating their mental health recovery journey—especially those who feel overwhelmed, stuck in survival mode, or unsure where to begin.
Through honest reflections and practical tools, I offer small, grounded steps to help you rebuild a calmer, more intentional life that feels like your own. I’m really glad you’re here!
Mental wellbeing isn’t about having endless free time or following a perfect routine—it’s about small, intentional choices that help you feel a little more present each day. Whether it’s stepping outside for fresh air, unplugging for a moment, or simply remembering to breathe when things feel heavy—those tiny shifts are part of your mental health recovery journey.
At Calmer Days, it’s not about fixing yourself or getting everything right. It’s about finding what truly supports you. No pressure, no perfection, no one-size-fits-all—just practical, compassionate tools to help you move forward, one doable step at a time.
Take a deep breath. You’re doing better than you think. And calmer days really are possible.

Meet the Founder of Calmer Days
Hi, I’m Tabea, a psychology student, Yoga and Pilates teacher and someone who has navigated her own mental health journey.
I spent most of my teen years in hospitals and doctors’ offices, struggling with eating disorders, anxiety, and depression. I often felt like I was being treated more like a list of symptoms than a person.
Traditional therapy and medication helped at times—but they also left me feeling stuck, frustrated, and misunderstood.
Eventually, I started exploring other ways to take care of myself—not as a quick fix, but as a way to move out of survival mode and start actually living.
I learned that mental health isn’t just about what’s going on in your head—it’s connected to how you treat your body, how you deal with stress, how you rest, how you eat and how you show up for yourself in everyday life.
It wasn’t some big, dramatic breakthrough. It was small changes, slow progress, and learning to more patient with myself.
That journey is what led me here. And now, I want to share the tools and perspectives that have helped me feel more in control, more present, and more like myself again—so that maybe you can, too.
With love,
Tabea
